A constellation of Michelin star chefs coming to Bulgaria to cook with Bulgarian products

This post is also available in: Български

Dining at a Michelin Star restaurant is a unique experience. Meeting the chef is a privilege for the luckiest enthusiasts. Bringing the chef to your own place to cook in your environment is almost unthinkable, although dreamed of by every food connoisseur. Well, someone in Bulgaria managed to do this and it is truly something worth seeing. A constellation of Michelin Star chefs is coming in 2022 to Bulgaria to cook together with Chef Gianfranco Chiarini at Dieci Boutique restaurant. Luckily, it is not just a private visit between colleagues and friends. From July to November 2022 Dieci Restaurant will be hosting three exclusive dinners, prepared by Chef Gianfranco Chiarini and his Michelin Star guests.

A unique concept

Michelin Star chefs have been previously invited and participated in events in Bulgaria and we have no doubt that they presented a great experience. However, the concept of Dieci is a slightly different one, elevating the matter to a new level. For the first time, they will not only be visiting and cooking for the Bulgarian audience, but they must cook with Bulgarian products only. They will join Chef Gianfranco Chiarini in the kitchen of Dieci, each preparing 5 dishes from the 10-course menu. The events will take place for 3 consecutive nights in July, October and November. Following the concept of Dieci, only 10 guests can be seated per night.

Again, it is not just a cooking visit. Chef Gianfranco is eager to share with his guests his passion not only to Bulgarian products, but to Bulgarian nature and wine as well. Each of the chefs will stay in Bulgaria for a week. During these visits they will travel to Melnik to visit Villa Melnik, one of the best 50 vineyards in the world. Having visited this place multiple times, we can confirm this is a great idea. Villa Melnik is really a place worth visiting and we are sure that the Michelin-star chefs will appreciate it.
